Create a separate EmailJS template for inviting table hosts to register. This template should include: {{host_name}}, {{register_link}}, {{table_numbers}}, {{allocation}}, {{seat_count}}
Export guest data for name tag printing, sorted by table number.
These drive every automated email, the calendar invitation, and the dates shown on the website.
The recurring update to table hosts. It starts weekly, switches to twice weekly as the event nears, and stops once the countdown reminders take over.

Times shown are event local time. A send can be switched off or moved without touching the cadence settings.
